What is good for skin rash for cats?

My cat is 14 years old. She has a skin rash on her face.|||take her to the vet. skin rashes can be basic sun burn, yes it happens. it can also be sign of cancer, or parasite infection. many other causes as well..only the vet will know for sure what the ccause is and proper treatment.|||Listen to the lady.....she is right!
