Skin rash that itch?

i have a skin rash that itches really bad i got small little bumps that u cant really see i just wanna kno how can i make it go away or stop itchin or is it just gonna go away with time???? plz help!!! oh and dont write nothing dumb ok|||The skin rash page at the source below may help.|||i would go see a dermotoligist DON'T ITCH IT ! it would get infected and open up like myn did . i would go get some anti-itch cream .
