Big skin rash- help?

My sister has a big red new rash on the back of her lower arm. She just noticed it today when she got out of the shower-- she claims that it's really itchy. She uses baby oil to remove her makeup and sometimes it drips down this arm. Could this be a skin reaction to the baby oil? I don't know what else it could be.|||No skin reaction to baby oil. She must have gotten near some poison ivy or something similar for the rash. She could have had an allergic reaction to the new soap if you have indeed switched.|||Sounds like contact dermatitis, coming in contact with something she's allergic to. If it's really a serious problem, and it sounds like it is, go to the doctor, and ask for Prednisone (it helps retard the itch so she can get over it), in a pill form. A cream will help also.
