Skin rash with no symptoms!???

My 2yr. old daughter has this rash, it started with a day long fever then the next day she developed this rash. Its tiny red bumps that arent filled with anything and it covers her entire body. The weird thing is she has no other symptoms. No itching, or soreness, eating fine, sleeping fine, still very active, no fever. She just doesnt seem bothered by it. I just wondered if anybody might have a clue or knew a similar case!?? Shes been to 2 different doctors and they ruled out alot of things it isnt, but dont know what it is. Sadly her 2nd B-day is Friday and I also dont know whether to go for it or hold off!? Anyone who might know anything PLEASE HELP!!!|||I would put some cortizone cream every night. It might just be a heat rash. or eczema|||I had someone have the similiar symptons, Any new soaps or detergents? Been playing outside? Sometimes there are weeds that can cause this. Any new foods? Food alergies could cause a reacation. I had this rash and i ruled out all things like pocks and poisen oak and finnally it was weeds i had been pulling in the garden... I would try calomine lotion and try asking a pharmacist for a over the counter topical to apply. I would try retracing what she was doing and who and what she might have come in contact with. Any pets? This could also cause that. When i was a child a cat had a few fleas and this caused a slight rash. It went away after a few days. best of luck .
