Skin rash(?) on arms ..?

from below the elbow... small patches of raised skin its quite itchy too, I dn thnk it's ringworm cuz RingGuard doesn't help, theres one patch on my left arm, 2 on my right,and they're poppin up on my face too,it's lke TINY TINY bumps..and it gets itchy smtimes.. any clu what it cud be??|||Don´t scratch, and use an aloe cream. It will moisturize the skin and it will eliminate the rash. You can also use the cream of rashes by benadryl or cortisone. But I suggest Aloe.|||If you haven't been to a doctor you might want to go.
