on my arms, there are these white bumps... it's like the hair follicles are white at the top, right where the hair comes out. it's kind of like a rash cuz it's itchy. it's only on certain places on my arms though, so it makes them look splotchy. i have no idea what's going on; i tried looking this up online but i couldn't find anything. help!|||idk thiz meanz i dont know k so............................thank 4 the pointz!!!!!!

:( :)|||If you have a Primary, talk to her/him. Likely you will get referred to a Dermatologist.
Have you changed soap, laundry detergent etc? Possibly an allergic reaction to that or maybe even something new you've eaten/drank over the last day or so.
