It seems like i have a rash on my arms. I've never had any type of rash before nor am I allergic to anything. They are small clusters of goose-bump like dots. They don't itch but they do have a rough feel to them. Anyone know what it could be?|||Common misconception - you can develop allergies at any time to anything. If you want something to soothe the roughness, you can use some simple glycerin that is readily available at any drugstore. If within 7 days it does not go away or the size of the rash increases then see a dermatologist.
