My 4 1/2 month old baby has skin rash that are watery?

Hello there. I have a 4 1/2 month baby who has skin rash that are watery.. I asked his peds regarding these rashes and she prescribed vaseline. But vaseline doesnt seem to be working for him. His rash on his righ cheek is a wound-like and it bleeds.. What ointment should I use...?





I have used Vaseline


Desitin


Virgin coconut oil





but nothing worked...... PLEASE HELP.....





thanks.|||Don't put any ointment on it - you don't know what is causing it, and if there is an infection, you could seal it in. Go to a pediatrition and have the blisters diagnosed. If it is infact dry skin, you could put something on it. Ulcerated blisters are not normal for any baby your sons age. See a doctor right away!





Is it on his butt cheek (diaper rash?) or face cheek? This information would be helpful.|||Hello,i know you baby problem because my 21/2 year old boy have the same problem since he is 3 months.in my boy case we just fund he is allergic ,but his peds at that time prescribed a cream name DESONIDE 0.05% (cream or lotion) and help lots.ask to his doctor abaut.may is good for hem to,good luck.|||you need to go to the local pharmacy and ask for rash cream.
